We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring leader to lead our friendly, supportive EYFS team. We are looking for a person who:
Responsibilities
* Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Early Years
* Is passionate about teaching and learning, especially in the Early Years
* Has extensive knowledge of Early Years Framework and Inclusion Funding
* Is an excellent teacher with high expectations
* Is enthusiastic and committed to providing children with a rich learning environment
* Is able to challenge and engage pupils, believing in the mantra “why say no when you can say yes?”
* Is able to share their vision for the Early Years clearly whilst inspiring and motivating the team
Qualifications and attributes
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills in Early Years
* In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Inclusion Funding
* Proven ability to raise standards and provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences
* Effective communication and team-building capabilities
