About the Role
Sytner Coventry is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department, by being at the core of sales enquiries and developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, doing so with integrity and treating customers fairly.
Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
We are looking for a high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding.

* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
