Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Are you a recent geology, geotechnical engineering or geoscience graduate looking for your first position in the Ground Investigation industry? An established and highly specialist consultancy based in the North West of England are seeking an ambitious engineer to join their team on a variety of exiting ground investigation projects. The opportunity provides excellent training and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Site walkovers and Phase 1 desktop studies
* Soil and rock logging, borehole logging and factual and interpretive reporting
* Developing report‑writing skills and working with a specialist ground investigation team
Qualifications
* A degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Geoscience or a similar subject
* Live in or commutable to Manchester
* Full right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable in a hands‑on, field‑based role
