Our client, a reputable independent workshop in Ashford, Kent, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their distinguished team. This role offers exposure to a variety of specialised projects, including the restoration and servicing of high-end and classic vehicles. The successful Vehicle Technician will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of models, from modern prestige cars to historic classics, within a supportive and innovative environment.

Modern diagnostic tools and equipmentDuties:
Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a broad range of vehicles, including luxury brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, and more
Fault diagnosis and electrical troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic equipment
Inspections for additional repairs, ensuring quality and adherence to manufacturer standards
Communicate findings effectively to customers and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Work independently and collaboratively on challenging, specialised projects, including vehicle restoration and high-level diagnosticsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a broad skill set across multiple vehicle brands
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
Experience working with classic and prestige vehicles is highly desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Professional attitude with pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to challenging and interesting projects
Mercedes training or experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory
