About the role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of the care team, recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents. Your responsibilities include conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers. The role emphasizes high-quality care, aiming to maintain residents' personal care needs, respecting their dignity, and promoting independence.

* Previous experience in a senior care role.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Empathetic and caring nature.
Education and qualification
* You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
