Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of external marketing, communications, PR, and lead generation activities to help raise brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
* Assist in delivering both digital (website, social media, SEO, PPC) and non-digital (events, conferences) marketing activity across the Group.
* Create and coordinate engaging direct marketing campaigns.
* Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels, ensuring our values and identity are reflected in every touchpoint.
* Gather and report on marketing data and campaign performance, using insights to support business growth.
* Work closely with the sales and business development teams to help generate leads and support revenue objectives.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, tracking their performance and effectiveness.
* Support internal communication initiatives that engage colleagues and promote our company culture.
Skills and Knowledge
* Understanding of the Healthcare sector.
* Previous experience in the Healthcare industry.
* Marketing qualification, ideally CIM professional diploma, and Chartered Institute of Marketing membership.
