What does Progression look like Once you have attained your Level 3 in Children's Residential, there is ample opportunity to move into Shift Lead and Team Leader roles. Working Week and Pay Base Salary: £24,490 equivalent to £12.69 per hour Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Sleep-in rate: £42per sleep Sleeps: 8 to 10 sleeps per week Total approx take home salary: £28,522 to £29,530 Holiday Entitlement: 30 days (including public holiday allowance), equating to 222 hours. Additional Information: Induction: Comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided to support you in your role.
