The successful candidate will be a confident, dynamic, and compassionate leader with a proven track record in clinical decision making, team development, and delivering outstanding patient care. As Senior Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical provision across the group, leading senior vets and branch heads, setting clinical strategy, supporting teams in service delivery, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will also maintain a manageable personal clinical caseload while managing governance, standards, and out-of-hours clinical provision (with no night work expected).
