Regional Sales Manager - Orthopaedics

We're looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead the achievement of regional sales targets for our orthopaedics portfolio.

Your mission will be to maximize regional sales, develop our Sales Specialists, and manage key opinion leaders in the region.

* Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
* Department: Orthopaedics
* Location: Field Based, North England & Scotland
* Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
* Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

* Maximising regional sales of orthopaedics products
* Participating in the creation of sales strategies
* Defining best working practices for members of your team
* Supporting and keeping regular contact with your team
* Attending exhibitions, workshops and customer meetings
* Maintaining accurate records for the region
* Providing monthly sales and activity performance reports
* Maintaining awareness of market changes and trends

What you need to succeed:

* A successful track record of selling into the NHS theatres
* A strong knowledge of orthopaedics
* Experience managing or mentoring others
* A self-started with the ability to work autonomously
* Confidence building strong relationships with both key stakeholders
* A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the UK
