Finance Team Overview
Our global finance team collaborates across the UK, China, the US, and India. We are responsible for ensuring quality, managing risks, and optimizing audits, taxes, payroll, invoicing, and credit control, among other duties.
Role Overview
As a Finance Administrator, you will be central to our financial operations, facilitating communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Your role involves managing emails, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining smooth financial transactions to support client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage inbound emails from clients and suppliers regarding costs, disputes, cancellations, double bookings, invoice queries, and quality issues.
* Recalculate costs for accuracy and resolution.
* Process interpreting invoices promptly and accurately.
* Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with suppliers.
* Generate weekly reports and complete required activities for clients and staff.
* Ensure timely payments to linguists and suppliers by addressing inbound queries.
