We are working with a number of clients throughout Newcastle, Northumberland & the North -East & Nationwide to offer temporary Chef positions from one day to 3 months, with a great deal of flexibility for you and very competitive rates, Limited company freelance chefs are also more than welcome!
The ideal temp chef will be able to demonstrate:
* Be working at minimum Sous Chef level
* Have a balanced CV, reliability is very important, so no 'jumpy' chefs please
* Have experience covering senior chefs days off
* Be able to enthuse & engage junior chefs, no 'shouty chefs' please
* Have a strong work ethic
* Have means of transport
* Experience working in varied kitchen environments
* DBS needed for Care-home chefs
