Our client, a reputable, family run business are now looking to recruit a Managing Director to lead the business to double turnover to £20M and achieve EBITDA of 20% through comprehensive improvements across all areas of the organisation, including sales, operations, commercial strategy, innovation, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a growth strategy aligned with premium positioning in packaging
Commercial Growth: Expand market share through new business development, strategic partnerships, and enhanced client relationships.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience.
Oversee pricing strategies and margin optimization to achieve profitability targets.
Innovation & Product Development: Champion innovation in premium primary packaging solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
Financial Performance: Deliver financial objectives: turnover of £20M and EBITDA of 20%Requirements
