This is a hands‑on role which provides the opportunity to work across both UX and UI design as part of a growing tech team.

Responsibilities
* Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to improve products
* Refine existing applications for usability and consistency
* Contribute to and maintain a design system with accessible, reusable components
* Develop interactive prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate designs
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Requirements
* UX/UI experience with a portfolio of complex systems or dashboards
* Skilled in Figma and comfortable using AI design tools
* Experience with operational tools, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy interfaces
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and Agile methods
* User‑focused, practical and collaborative approach
