This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Hotel Manager to oversee the full operation of a high-end property, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences across every department.
Due to the rural location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Hotel Manager
£40,000 to £50,000 (DOE) plus circa £7,000 service charge
Live in accommodation available your own studio for circa £500 per month

Responsibilities as the Hotel Manager
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel across all departments
Supporting the General Manager and acting as the senior leader in their absence
Ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
Leading and developing departmental managers and senior team members
Monitoring operational performance and supporting commercial and financial objectives
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have proven experience in a senior hotel management role within luxury hospitality
Are confident overseeing multi-department operations, including rooms and food and beverage
Lead from the front and enjoy being visible, approachable and hands-on
Have strong people management skills and a passion for developing teams
Take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences at the highest level
