Financial Service company is looking for a Senior Data Services Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Engineering you will manage a team of 6 reports and will oversee the day to day operations of the Data Service function, providing leadership, mentoring and guidance. Moreover you will enable, empower and support the Data Service team with the design, implementation and continuous improvement of advanced data solutions.
A key aspect to this role is to ensure the Data Service Team leads and supports the business with strong Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management and ensuring the business meets its regulatory requirements. This role is strategic and management focused however you will have come from a hands-on technical background before progressing into a leadership and management role of a Data Engineering / MU / BI etc etc team.
