Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate Revit models and detailed drawings for large residential schemes (Stage 3-6)
* Prepare and maintain NBS Chorus specifications, integrating consultant input
* Resolve technical issues on site, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
* Lead internal and external coordination meetings, keeping programmes and budgets on track
* Mentor junior staff, sharing best practice in construction detailing and BIM workflows
Skills & Experience
* CIAT registered with 2+ years post-qualification on UK residential projects
* Advanced Revit user; competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max
* Strong grasp of current Building Regulations, NHBC standards and fire-safety guidance
* Proven track record producing high-quality technical packages and construction details
* Clear written and verbal communicator, able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
