What We’re Looking For:

* A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, Politics, etc.)
* A strong academic background and passion for education
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead and engage a class
* A long-term goal of becoming a qualified teacher (2027 training pathway)
* Resilience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

What the School Offers:

* £26,500 – £30,000 salary – earn while gaining experience
* A structured pathway into teacher training in 2027
* Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced staff
