Sales Coordinator
Location: Evesham, WR11
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (office based)
What you will be doing:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of UK customer accounts, providing quotes and day to day support
* Keep pricing accurate using agreed structures and highlight growth opportunities to the Sales Team
* Work closely with UK and international colleagues to share updates on stock, lead times, and shipments
* Be the main point of contact for freight partners, ensuring UK and international deliveries run efficiently and OTIF targets are achieved
* Track all shipments, communicate any delays, and resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
About you:
* Experience managing customer accounts with a strong commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence working with pricing structures and supporting a busy sales environment
* Knowledge of customs documentation, UK/EU trade processes and freight / logistics is desirable
* Experience with ERP / order processing systems such as Orderwise is desirable
