Our Shift Pattern
* Set shifts: 7:30-16:30 or 13:00-22:00
* Alternate weekends off - predictable schedule that works around life

* Supporting young people in a secure care environment
* Being a steady, trusted adult through difficult times
* Taking part in activities and helping develop life skills
* Working closely with a passionate, supportive team
Who We're Looking For
* Over 21 years old (legal requirement)
* Caring, resilient, and ready to make a difference
* Physically fit and able to take part in daily activities
* Experience in care, youth work, or safeguarding? Great - but not essential!
