We're looking for an Part -Time Administrator (c.22.5 hours a week) to provide essential support to our Engineers, Consultants, and Directors in Stoke and across the Northern Geo Team. Our office enjoys an enviable location overlooking a tree-lined lake, creating a welcoming environment for collaboration and success. What you'll do Deliver high-quality administrative support, including diary management, document editing, and collation. Handle reception duties: greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a professional front-of-house experience. Manage office supplies, catering orders, PPE, and liaise with suppliers and contractors. Coordinate equipment calibration, vehicle servicing, and assist with building maintenance. Organize staff engagement activities and support onboarding for new starters. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards, including emergency response roles (training provided). About You Previous experience in a busy office environment with reception and admin responsibilities. Strong IT skills across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
