Who We’re Looking For
* Proven Automotive Sales Experience: Minimum 12–24 months in car sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
* Consultative Sales Approach: You’ll follow our sales process—Qualify, Present, Handle Objections, Close—to deliver tailored solutions for every customer.
* Strong Communicator: Confident building rapport and guiding customers via phone and digital channels.
* Target-Driven & Resilient: Motivated by personal goals, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus under pressure.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools to manage leads, update records.
* Customer-Focused Mindset: You always put the customer first, aiming to create a seamless and positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer enquiries over phone, web chat, and digital channels, guiding them confidently through the online car buying journey
* Advise customers on vehicle options, finance products, and optional extras—always with a focus on adding value and building trust.
* Make proactive follow-up calls to support a smooth, memorable customer journey—before and after the sale.
* Balance your workload effectively, managing multiple leads while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.
* Deliver consistently excellent customer service in line with our core values.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, admin, compliance, and logistics to ensure seamless handovers and happy customers.
* Contribute to team targets by maintaining a motivated, results-driven approach to every interaction.
