Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an
Influencer Campaign Manager
to oversee influencer marketing campaigns across multiple workstreams. The role involves managing agency partners, building and implementing campaign SOPs, training staff, monitoring campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights to ensure brands meet their objectives. This position offers a mix of remote work with occasional onsite presence and provides exposure to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including setup, execution, and reporting
* Conduct creator content quality audits and support ad creative production
* Develop, optimize, and enforce campaign processes and SOPs
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
* Train staff and coordinate team resources across upstream and downstream operations
* Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in
influencer marketing, social media marketing, or campaign operations
* Strong
project management and multi-tasking
skills
* Experience in
campaign setup, analytics, and performance reporting
* Agency management and team training experience
* Excellent
communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
skills
* Familiarity with workflow management, resource allocation, and process optimization
