Key responsibilities:
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the studio's vision and values
* Build and manage their own pipeline of projects from initial contact through to completion
* Proactively organise meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities with clients and contacts
* Bring energy, curiosity and genuine enthusiasm to networking events and industry connections
* Take a strategic, quality-focused approach to business development
* Manage client relationships and deliver projects independently with full ownership
Skills and experience:
Essential:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the furniture industry
* Proven track record in lead generation and business development
* Background in procurement or project coordination
* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
* Strong time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects
* Ability to read and interpret floor plans
* Working knowledge of SketchUp for creating space plans
* Genuine passion for design, interiors and furniture
Preferred:
* Degree in a design-related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
