Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading Defence & Maritime project team. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of electrical system and wiring loom design, supporting major naval and marine platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop electrical systems, wiring looms, and harness assemblies.
* Create and maintain electrical enclosures, cabinets, and consoles.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site to support integration and installation activities.
* Use Zuken E3 (mandatory) and Windchill for design and documentation tasks.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience in electrical design, loom, or harness engineering.
* Proven background within Defence, Maritime, or Naval projects.
* Strong understanding of Zuken E3 (no training provided).
* Familiarity with Windchill software.
* Comfortable working on-site at shipyards and adapting to project needs.
* Must hold or be eligible for BPSS clearance.
* Applicants must be nationals from the UK, EU, NATO countries, or Japan.
