We are on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to lead our vibrant and friendly kitchen team at EVERYMAN LINCOLN.
As a Kitchen Manager, you will be a true kitchen leader, inspiring the team to deliver a memorable Everyman dining experience to all our guests.

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all food-related aspects, ensuring high-quality items leave your kitchen. You will need:
* To be a passionate and dynamic leader, capable of training and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence;
* An eye for detail to ensure everything looks perfect before service;
* Full confidence in managing all kitchen aspects, including rotas, stock control, and ordering;
* A strong understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks;
* To collaborate closely with the venue management team to maximize service opportunities and ensure ongoing success.

Successful candidates will have:
* A genuine passion for hospitality and leading teams that share this enthusiasm;
* Lots of personality and confidence to use it;
* A love for food, drink, customer service, and people;
* An entrepreneurial spirit with business savvy and self-drive;
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head, or Sous Chef, preferably in a fast-paced, branded environment.
