Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a supportive and welcoming primary school? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a fantastic school in Thornton (FY5) who are seeking a confident and caring practitioner to join their Early Years team.
The role:
* Supporting children within the EYFS classroom, providing 1:1 and small group support.
* Assisting with the delivery of play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and academic development through positive interactions.
* Working collaboratively with the class teacher and EYFS staff to create an engaging learning environment.
* Helping to track progress and contribute to observations and assessments.
The school is looking for:
* A Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) with recent EYFS experience.
* Someone with a nurturing, patient approach and the ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood development.
* Flexibility, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
