A highly respected and long established law firm based in Devon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
* The appointed fee earner will manage a varied caseload with a focus on probate and trust administration, while also handling occasional wills and powers of attorney, and actively contributing to departmental strategy through team meetings.
* You will work with the wider team to support process development, actively participate in departmental management discussions and contribute to team growth.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law and in‑depth experience handling probate and trust matters.
