Social Media, Content & Partnership Manager
Location: London (office-based 4 days per week)
Reports to: Head of Brand
Package : £45,000 - £50, % Bonus
POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role you'll be primarily focused on driving a compelling organic social strategy and execution, influencer strategy and brand partnerships, delivering engaging content for our key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). There will be opportunities to work across the broader marketing discipline too, assisting PR, events and more.
This is a multifaceted role which needs someone with a strong passion for social media, a great networker and someone with a background in food content creation and a highly creative mind.
This is a full-time role based in London, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Create best-in-class organic social/media content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and schedule using our planning tool, SocialPilot.
Lead the monthly content planning across all platforms.
Manage influencer, creator and brand partnerships strategy and execution including outreach, content hooks, planning, reviewing content, and measuring KPIs
Daily community management and social listening.
Collaborate on video and photo shoots in support of key themes and storytelling, in collaboration with the brand team, videographers and photographers.
Generate top-line weekly marketing reports on performance, learnings, and optimisations, and monthly in depth reports with deeper analysis.
Stay up-to-date on social trends and identify real-time marketing opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of demonstrated success in brand and social marketing ideally in high growth CPG brands
Min 1-2 years' food content marketing experience in CPG, and/or a high- growth brand
A ready network of influencers/brand owners is highly desirable.
Excellent copywriting skills is a must have.
Highly organized with exceptional project management and ability to work wide + deep across the integrated marketing stack
