We are looking to hire a Facilities Supervisor to maintain, repair, service, and upkeep our company headquarters near DFW airport. This position will report to the VP of Operations. Maintenance tickets are submitted by employees, and the Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for receiving all new tickets, performing repairs and maintenance requests from tickets, and closing out tickets upon completion. Our building is climate controlled, and standard office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday. In addition, this position will work with the VP of Operations on the general upkeep for the property, routine maintenance and repairs of rooftop HVAC units, and other general maintenance duties. Hand tools are provided by NPI.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform repairs and maintenance in warehouse/plant, office facilities, and equipment.
* Conduct inspections to determine necessary repairs to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
* Configure energy management control systems, maintain air compressors, and lawn sprinkler systems across our buildings.
* Use hand and power tools to test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment. Ability to understand blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and layouts is required.
* Perform work in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, machine and equipment repair, and electrical.
* Assemble modular furniture and perform minor construction and repairs inside and outside the facilities.
* This role may spend up to 50% of time on the production floor assisting with conveyor assembly.
