Job Title: Front of House / Barista | Location: Craven Arms
Job Type: Permanent part-time | Salary: £12.21 per hour
As a Front of House/Barista, you are friendly, approachable, and a great listener. You care about helping others visit the centre and stay active.
You will be efficient and instrumental in providing advice and guidance on activities on offer. It’s important to be approachable, provide good advice, and create a welcoming environment. Your goal is to encourage customers to participate in leisure activities and ensure they return with a smile. You will be proactive in resolving customer problems and queries. The role offers a regular pattern of working hours and shifts, along with opportunities for progression through our training programs.
The Key Requirements…
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role; however, we can provide training and qualifications for the right candidate.
