We will hold all other applications should other roles arise.Summary:Provide overnight care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a supported living environment.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents throughout night shifts- Assist with personal care needs, medication administration, and mobility- Respond promptly to emergencies or resident requests during the night- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns to senior staff- Carry out light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment- Ensure confidentiality and dignity for all residents- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety protocolsRequired Qualifications:- Previous experience in care or support work, ideally within a residential setting- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it- Understanding of safeguarding and care standards- Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude- Right to work in the UK- Basic IT and record-keeping skillsNice-to-have:- Training in moving & handling or first aidBenefits:- Paid training and ongoing professional development- Employee assistance programme- Flexible shift patterns and paid breaksSalary:£14.05 per hourLocation:LondonHow to Apply:Please submit your CVEqual opportunity statement:We are an equal opportunity employer.
