We are looking for a Legal Project Analyst to join our London team.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new role and area of the business that will focus on breaking down silos across business services. By better understanding the needs of our end users and aligning our processes and data to these this role will help deliver more streamlined ways of working, data insights and tools for our lawyers. This will directly support the delivery of their legal matters and enhance client relationships.
This role requires a proactive individual who can work across different teams to understand functional needs and determine how these align with business priorities, the needs of our lawyers and, our clients. The successful candidate will capture and map out requirements and processes, working to provide actionable recommendations that can streamline and simplify these. The role will need to gain buy-in from a broad range of stakeholders and help manage the development, roll out and adoption of solutions. A strong focus of the work is on delivering measurable results with end-user adoption being critical.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, including participating in workshops, to understand business needs and priorities, issues, and opportunities to improve current systems and ways of working.
* Gather and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business working practices to support the development of solutions for key projects.
* Involvement in the design of technical and process solutions that meet the business needs and programme objectives.
* Communicate effectively with different stakeholders
* Implement effective governance, KPI’s and processes to support the management, implementation and effectiveness of projects.
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved.
* Establish mechanisms to gather feedback to support projects.
About You
We are looking for candidates with a background in professional services or the legal sector, who have not only technical expertise but also strong project management skills with an understanding of a partnership culture.

* Proven BA experience in change and transformation.
* Comfortable with ‘unknowns’ and able to push back when necessary
* Strong ability to build credible relationships at all levels of seniority
* Highly analytical and solution orientated
* Strong ability to translate objectives into tangible outputs to meet specific needs
* Ability to confidently sell value, benefits, and results to improve buy-in/engagement
* Happy to lead from the front and confident presenting
* Strong ability to multi-task and maintain excellent attention to detail
* Flexible in traveling to other offices in the UK and potentially also in Europe
Education/Qualification
Degree (or equivalent)
Office Skills
* Excellent working skills of MS office applications (Word, Outlook, Power point etc.)
* Confident and experienced with data manipulation using Excel, PowerBI skills a plus.
* Advanced knowledge of process mapping including tools such as Visio
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Commercial Skills
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to differentiate between functional needs vs business orientated solutions.
* Financial awareness
* Market and client insights in the LPM and Legal Operations space is a plus
