The position for the Residential Support Worker will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centered care to all residents. This role is to work with 9-14 year olds with EBD. This role does not offer sponsorship and you must hold a valid UK driving license. The Residential Support Worker will be responsible for: Helping Children and young people with leisure interests and skill development inside and outside the home. Implementing personal care plans set out for Children and young people. Assisting with day care activities. Communicating with other staff about Children and young people’ needs/activities. Recording Children and young peoples’ needs/activities/behaviours in the home’s diary system.
