Overview
An exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Research Nurse within the Research Team. We are a team of experienced and dedicated professionals collaborating with multi-disciplinary clinical teams to deliver a wide range of innovative, high quality research trials to inform the future care of our patients. The R&D team supports a large and growing portfolio of studies across multiple specialties.
Responsibilities
* Set up and coordinate multiple clinical trials.
* Recruit and consent suitable patients, coordinate data collection, arrange and conduct assessments and follow up appointments as specified by the protocol.
* Arrange all necessary tests and investigations and send appointment letters to patients to ensure tests are performed at the scheduled times.
* Ensure specified milestones are achieved on time, that high quality data is collected, and that the trial is conducted according to the ethically approved protocol and ICH-GCP standards.
* Manage a portfolio of commercial clinical trials including randomised, controlled trials and observational studies.
* Deliver high quality research with enthusiasm, motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.
