As part of this expansion, they are now looking for a Validation Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys driving effective validation processes and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities
Compile and execute validation protocols.
Conduct equipment qualification and process validation activities.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure validation activities are delivered on time.
Train and coach production staff on in-process controls and documentation (BMRs, SOPs).
Support investigations through effective problem-solving techniques.
Contribute to internal and supplier audits.
Assist in preparation of quality metrics and reports.
Provide QA support across departments to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a validation role, ideally within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of validation principles, equipment qualification, and process validation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to train and mentor colleagues.
