Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership for operating the busy centre on a shift basis.
2. Ensure the centre is always clean, safe and in good working order.
3. Pick up departmental and team responsibilities as part of your development.
4. Deliver a fantastic customer experience to each and every user.
5. Upsell the facilities and services at every opportunity.
6. Support all the departments with making the centre a success.
About you:
7. A passion for the sports, health and fitness industry.
8. Ownership mentality, can-do attitude, extremely customer focused.
9. Operational shift management and key holder experience within similar high-volume sports, leisure, entertainment, fitness, hospitality or retail business.
10. Supervisory/people leadership experience possibly as a Team Leader, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager, Leisure Club Manager, Customer Trading Manager or Store Manager.
11. The capacity to complete your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (you must be able to swim) Pool plant Operators certificate and First Aid at Work if you do not already hold them (paid by the company).
12. The flexibility to work a mixture of early, middle and late shifts during the week and working two from three weekends.
13. Have your own transport or already live close to Walton-on-Thames.
