About you:

This is an exciting role at Access, created in response to our fast-paced, international growth and the drive towards a digital and search first agenda.

We have been recruiting several of these roles to serve the business over the recent months and expect this to continue with the direction the business is going and the impact of digital.

There is the opportunity to shape the role in tune with the emerging requirements as the digital transformation progresses.

As a Digital Product Owner, you will be obsessively focussed on the daily performance and management of all digital assets (websites) and channels (paid and organic) in your designated business area/s.

Day-to-day, you will:

* Lead and Champion Digital Excellence
: Manage a small squad of digital marketing specialists, supporting a designated business area by promoting digital best practices aligned with the Core Digital Marketing Strategy. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all activities align with commercial KPIs and deliver a unified strategic approach.
* Drive Performance and Commercial Impact
: Take ownership of digital performance targets, leveraging your commercial and digital expertise to meet objectives. Maintain a strong focus on results, using data to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and prioritize squad efforts accordingly.
* Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting
: Generate daily performance reports and weekly/monthly management summaries. Use insights to evaluate and refine digital initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
* Champion Agile Mindset and Cultural Change
: While formal Agile qualifications aren't required, apply principles of iterative delivery, test-and-learn, and prioritization. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a digital-first mindset to drive cultural transformation and communicate the value of optimizations to stakeholders effectively.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

* Proven Leadership and Strategic Vision
: Over 5 years of experience building and leading digital marketing teams, strategies, and revenue-driving projects—ideally within a SaaS B2B environment. Demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset, able to work within current constraints while identifying innovative opportunities and articulating a clear, commercially viable vision.
* Stakeholder Management and Communication
: Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across complex, matrixed, multi-division structures. A confident and persuasive communicator who can align cross-functional needs and present compelling business cases to senior leadership.
* Data-Driven and Results-Oriented
: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on setting measurable, revenue-linked goals. Regularly tracks, reports, and optimizes performance based on data insights to ensure continuous improvement and commercial impact.
* Personal Attributes and Professionalism
: Bright, proactive, and self-motivated team player with high energy, flexibility, and resilience under pressure. Demonstrates creativity, confidence, professionalism, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
