This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist multidisciplinary service supporting adults with acquired brain injury and complex needs. The successful Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist will manage a complex caseload, deliver specialist assessment and intervention, and work closely with the wider team to support rehabilitation outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a specialist caseload of adults with acquired brain injury and complex needs Deliver speech and language therapy assessment, intervention and care planning Support communication needs and dysphagia management Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families and carers Contribute to service development, governance and quality improvement Maintain accurate clinical records, reports and recommendations Skills and Experience Required Degree in Speech and Language Therapy HCPC registration Dysphagia competencies Experience working with adults in a neurological or acquired brain injury setting Strong clinical judgement and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Experience managing complex caseloads and contributing to service development Package and Benefits Salary up to £59,000 12-month contract 35 hours per week Glasgow-based opportunity Specialist multidisciplinary setting How to Apply To apply for this Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist role, please send your CV to Pivotal People.
