Overview

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our team as a Services Co-ordinator on a full-time, fixed term (12 months) maternity cover contract.

In this role, you will take ownership of all customer training requests, managing them from initial enquiry through to order processing. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings and maintaining accurate training records within our Learning Management System (LMS).

The position also involves a range of administrative and clerical duties, along with supporting the day-to-day organisation and upkeep of the Training Academy. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will play a vital role in delivering high quality outcomes for our customers through our Customer Training and Onsite Services.

Duties

* Co-ordination and administration of Customer Training Courses and Onsite Services.
* Primary point of contact for customers, handling all training enquiries via email and telephone
* Management of the booking process including course, classroom and trainer availability.
* Co-ordination of people, equipment and consumables in relation to onsite services.
* Preparing customer quotes and orders in our ERP system (SAP B1)
* Management of all delegate information and joining instructions via Learning Management System (LMS).
* Responsible for delegate registration on course days.
* Administration and preparation of all communications and training equipment for off-site training courses.
* Ordering and control of all catering and stock requirements for customer training services.
* Maintaining all training equipment and consumables
* General housekeeping responsibility and stocking of the training academy.

Qualifications

Essential

* Previous experience of working within a similar environment.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Preferred

* Experience and/or understanding of ECITB requirements
* Experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar ERP system
* Experience of working with a Learning Management System
