Producer – Sonic Mobile
SEGA Europe is looking for a Producer to join our Sonic Mobile team, developing Sonic Forces, Sonic Dash, and Sonic Boom – games with over one billion combined downloads to date.
As a Producer, you will work alongside development teams and act as a liaison with stakeholders both within and outside the SEGA business, helping to deliver our projects to a high quality and on key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the planning process across development and live operations on the Sonic Mobile projects.
* Work with the development team to ensure project planning goals are well structured and progress is reported internally, escalating issues as required.
* Manage approvals and sign‑off processes with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely production of in‑game and documented materials.
* Ensure design, quality, and timing goals are effectively communicated within the entire development team.
* Maintain team efficiency by addressing blocking issues in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with project leads to ensure the team has the right resources and equipment to meet expected deliverables and deadlines.
* Work with legal and licensing on product licensing requirements to ensure terms are agreed and abided by throughout the product lifecycle.
* Help co‑ordinate 3rd‑party providers of services to ensure deliveries mesh with internal requirements and pipelines (art, music, audio, etc.).
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure all requirements and assets are planned and delivered in line with the product marketing strategy.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience running live mobile games in a production capacity, having worked on at least one product through its entire lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self‑starter with superior time‑management and organisational skills.
* Passion for creating games.
Desirable Experience
* Experience of using Helix Plan (formerly Hansoft) as a project management tool.
* Experience working with licensed IPs.
* Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of game‑related topics: technical, business and creative.

Location
This role is based on site at our Leamington Spa studio, UK. We offer hybrid working, allowing Monday and Friday as work‑from‑home days.
