As a Technical Trainer, you will coordinate course assignments, moniter training programs, and conducte theory and practical assessments in line with policy and assessment criteria. You will be responsible for delivering blended learning technical training on Linac, Unity, and associated systems to both internal and external students. Responsibilities Deliver expert technical instruction and assess students in engineering technical training courses. Collaborate on the design and development of technical training for Elekta products. Develop and implement training strategies for new products. Manage course materials, student assessments, and escalate issues as needed. Identify training needs and deliver sessions locally and globally. Create and maintain training documentation and assessment specifications. Complete administrative tasks related to assigned courses. Support departmental goals by incorporating Elekta Values and quality systems. What you bring HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering or Physics, or equivalent experience. Strong engineering skills: mechanical, electrical, electronic (including analogue), plumbing, vacuum, radiation. Experience as an FSE on Elekta products or support modalities. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Adaptability to trainee needs and cultural differences. Strong time and resource management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in assessment and course documentation. Why should you join Elekta?
