We are looking for a part-time (21 hours per week) Learning & Development Manager to join our client’s People Team. The Role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, duties will include * Managing the L&D team and external suppliers, ensuring delivery of high-quality services within budget and SLA expectations. * Project managing internal L&D initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. * Delivering technical and development training aligned to business needs, utilising digital tools where appropriate. * Overseeing the apprenticeship programme and early careers training * Managing training budgets. * Contributing to wider people vision projects, ensuring all initiative support a positive workplace culture and the ongoing development of employees. * Taking day-to-day responsibility for the L&D service, escalating challenges as needed.
