Application Engineer
located in

. The Completions Applications Engineer is the first point of contact for all technical enquiries to the company. This role will require a high degree of technical knowledge - specific to both the industry and our products - is therefore crucial. In addition to technically supporting global customers and sales personnel, the applications function handles a continuous flow of order-driven projects requiring all aspects of applications engineering and coordination of technical activities.

What You Will Do
* Plan, Schedule and coordinate the engineering work – this will involve handling multiple projects simultaneously
* Identifying and resolving technical problems
* Act as single focal point for customer distributing information from other departments, and delegating customer requests to the relevant departments
* Provide external support to customers in relation to RMSpumptools completion products and services
* Provide external support to RMSpumptools Sales Team in relation to RMSpumptools completion products and services
* Provide Applications Engineering to quotations for both Customer and the RMSpumptools Sales Team
* Provide Well Schematics for quotations for both Customer and the RMSpumptools Sales Team
* Liaise with production to ensure that we can meet customer delivery requirement
* Update customer with progress of order
* Adhere to RMSpumptools QHSE procedures and standards as well as group policies.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical based Engineering discipline.
* Experience and knowledge of design, engineering principles.
* Understanding of engineering drawings and industry specifications.
* Experience in the Oil and Gas design environment related to ESP artificial Lift Technology.
* 10 years experience working with Downhole Completion Equipment or equivalent (combination of training and experience).
* Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to be proactively problem solve and work as part of a team. Show a commercial understanding and confidence to interact with all levels of personnel within the business and industry.
* Full UK Driving License and Passport.
