Role
As a Hotel Duty Manager, your role will involve:
* Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk
* Offer guests a warm, intuitive, and personalized greeting
* Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check‑ins and check‑outs
* Work closely with all departments to create a seamless experience for our guests
* Provide training and support for the front desk team to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient
* Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

* Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
