This role gives you the space to own your pipeline, shape your sales approach, and drive commercial success—while being backed by a supportive and passionate team. Your day-to-day: Sourcing, pitching, and securing new business across multiple sectors Creating tailored proposals that add real value to your clients Managing and growing relationships year after year Owning your revenue and profit targets - with the rewards to match Travelling to client meetings and attending events across the UK Keeping everything on track with internal CRM What we’re looking for: 2 years in B2B sales—ideally in retail, on-trade / off-trade, incentives, or product-based sectors Strong communicator with a commercial brain and consultative sales style Confidence in developing pricing strategies and negotiating deals Tenacity, creativity, and a hunger to smash targets Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce experience (training provided) What’s in it for you: £35-38000 DOE base uncapped commission, hybrid working - regular days in their buzzing Norwich HQ, 25 days holiday flexible working, massive staff discounts on their amazing product range, training & career development, regular social events, and a truly fun team vibe.
