About the Role As an IT Support Technician, you will manage, investigate and resolve service desk incidents, problems and requests across the business. You'll provide technical support, deliver effective solutions, escalate issues when required, and help maintain IT services across our UK offices. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills within a complex organisation. While previous experience is desirable, it's not essential—we provide full on-the-job training. Initially, the role will focus primarily on telephone-based support, using remote management tools such as ConnectWise Automate. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated problem-solver who enjoys helping colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and developing their technical skills. In return, we'll provide training in Active Directory, MDM, printers, telephony systems, file permissions and application configuration.
