Responsibilities
* Actively support the Membership Department with all business functions and contribute to SFHA’s success.
* Be a dynamic and motivated team member with a flexible approach to work.
* Provide customer-focused service, maintain strong communication (spoken and written), numeracy, organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
* Learn new things to ensure our members receive the best possible service.
Qualifications
* Strong communication (spoken and written), numeracy, organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in the social housing sector is not essential, but you should be able to demonstrate experience of working in an office environment.
