Are you a strong, compassionate clinical leader with experience in substance misuse? We're looking for a Clinical Manager to lead and shape a specialist team supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol dependency. The Role As Clinical Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team, including non-medical prescribers and nurses, working across both drug and alcohol services. You'll play a vital role in developing care pathways, enhancing clinical standards, and ensuring safe, effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Provide leadership and line management to nurses, prescribers, and admin staff. * Oversee clinical performance, workforce planning, and rota management. * Develop integrated care pathways and work with local health and social care partners. * Promote safe, evidence-based clinical practice, in line with NICE and national guidance. * Manage clinical governance, audits, risk assessments, and incidents. * Support continuous improvement using data, feedback, and learning from incidents. * Oversee training, supervision, and development of clinical staff. * Participate in research and maintain awareness of developments in the field.
