Job Description
* Support the recruiting process.
* Maintain personnel records from new starts to leavers, support onboarding process and induction.
* Support payroll topics with salary payments and reporting.
* Perform time and attendance tasks, including data entry and reporting.
* Monitor attendance trends and produce reports.
* Support managing absence reports and control.
* Stay up to date with employment law.
* Support disciplinary and grievance issues.
* Coordinate Associate Survey activities and report progress.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR or related field.
* HR experience in a fast-paced environment or strong understanding of HR processes.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of employment law legislation.
Additional Information
You will be reporting to the HR Manager and would be required to work 37hours per week. The position is temporary for 12-24 months.
