We are recruiting for a range of roles within mainstream, SEN, and SEMH schools across North Staffordshire. These positions offer invaluable practical experience and are ideal for graduates considering careers in:

Your Role Will Involve:
* Supporting pupils with additional needs including SEN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to support emotional regulation and behaviour
* Assisting teachers with lessons and targeted interventions
* Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
* Providing structure, encouragement, and consistency
* Working alongside SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals
